Okay, folks: Where is the Texas Legislature right now?

...on, and when they say 'Executive' up there, they mean Greg Abbott. If I were Texas, I wouldn't even go to court. One move by the feds, and I'd order sheriff's to start deputizing people.

There was a letter to the NYTimes ca 1877 after the Times was taking the Indian side of an Indian-Texan dust up that was signed “Texas” with the gem of a line:

“Send us Phil Sheridan and send philanthropy to the devil.”

We must have been reading different newspapers last January. My newspaper informed me that SCOTUS made it clear that they didn't have the *slightest* interest in preventing the theft of a Presidential election.

So why would they give a rat's hindquarters about something as comparatively unimportant as an invasion by tens of thousands of hostile,dangerous aliens?

I said that Texas *would* lose this case...not that they *should*.
