I had predicted last year that Sleepy Joe would have resigned by now for mental/health reasons, so Sleepy Joe surprised me. I'm not willing to stretch that far to 2023 so I'll predict Kamala takes the Oval Office when Sleepy Joe resigns in Jan. 2022.
