My medically unqualified guess is, covid-19 is 50 times more contagious than TB. I have seen TB sufferers cared for by their family and not pass it on to everyone in the family. Covid-19 will easily infect everyone living in the house.

That’s accurate - TB is usually associated with poor nutrition along with squalid living conditions and repeat exposures. Prob is there are some strains of TB resistant to the 3 drug regimen and that’s a serious concern.
