No, the 4T+ dem plan is still in the works. They are adding their vote stealing scheme, amnesty, fund antifa and every other liberal wet dream to it and then will pass it through reconciliation (only 50 votes to pass). The repubs know this will happen, but they want to get their finger prints on 1.2T so they can say they did something. In the end biden gets his 6T plan.
