As far as I see it, that's their problem. They had their chance to get vaccinated. Still do. Their health is not my responsibility and I shouldn't have to wear a mask to mitigate my risk to these people.

Once the vaccines became available, wearing a mask should've become entirely a personal choice.

The CDC is sowing confusion, anger, and a lack of confidence in vaccines with these new, frankly nonsensical, and very much non-scientific guidelines. They absolutely look inept.
