It is quite humorous for a deposition, and is totally "Steyn."

After Canada ruled for Steyn, he knows his American win is a fait accompli. Meanwhile on the delusional swami circuit, Mann is keeping up these cases to have something to talk about.

If you search on Steyn vs Mann, there's a split between the Canadian cases and the still ongoing (but with recent developments) American case.

Here's a pretty good article on the Canadian case. Mann lost because he wouldn't provide original data and calculations to the court. As loser, he had to pay Steyn's court costs.

There's been recent activity in the still existing American libel suit. The list of defendants has been winnowed, and most of Mann's experts have been thrown out by the judge. But, I'm not following that very closely.
