Ya know, I can’t look at this in a vacuum. Maybe if it were someone else, say Obama, I could laugh it off knowing it wasn’t true because it sure sounded like “my butt’s been wiped”. But Biden is obviously senile and has said so may may bizarre fu**ed up things, I can’t overlook it so I would at a minimum say it’s distinct possibility he actually said that
