He's lying. The Delta kills far fewer people. In Britain it's 60 people a day, two weeks after 30,000 cases a day or 1 in 500 versus 1 in 100 for the old variants. As for vaccines they prevent full COVID infection to some extent (can still test positive with upper respiratory swab). Once you get full COVID and you are vaccinated, you are in the same boat as the unvaccinated.

I don't know if it is ADE making some vaccinated cases worse, even if some are less worse. But the numbers do not lie. In Mass they keep track: 5,000 breakthrough cases 439 hospitalizations and 80 deaths. Those are not good numbers.
