No and probably never will! It is 'boilerplate' language for settlement of these kind of legal actions that the victor cannot disclose the details (money) on pain of forfeiture of the same! Thus, all we hear is that Nick Sandmann and Company X has settled a legal action brought by Mr Sandmann.
This is pretty standard for almost all such cases. If it gets disclosed by a 3rd party unassociated with the Plaintiff (Sandmann), then there can be, and has been, another expensive legal battle to try to void the original settlement by the company sued. Given that the media is almost universally on the LEFT, I do not expect any crusading reporter to make such an attempt.
You’ll never hear the amount of $$$ he got. If you’ve ever been in a lawsuit and received a settlement- as i did from a major sports network- part of the agreement is you cannot reveal the $$$ amount of your settlement or even talk about it.
I’m sure this kid has already received upwards of $500 mill from his settlements.
