Nothing new. Fifty years ago they were blaming the crime wave on “Saturday Night Specials”. Any firearms sold for less than $45.00 at 1970 price. (The Denver Post railed against Saturday Night Specials, and showed a Ruger Mk-II as a typical one to be banned)

Gotta clamp down on knives, bottles, trees with branches, fists (used for pummeling), feet (used for kicking). Such objects must be strictly controlled, if not outlawed.

When some people assassinated President Kennedy including involvement of a scope rifle, the solution was new laws for the restriction of handguns. They may as well have called for banning school book depositories.

Look at each of the last 100 violent crimes (probably 2-4 weeks). Tell which ones would have been prevented if suburban families were prevented from bearing arms.
And which Chicago and NYC shootings could have prevented if the criminals had seen a posted No Gun Zone sign first.
Cause will be OMB.
Look for the trick. It’s not possible for MSM to tell the truth. Too much riding on it for them to be honest.
