Does that mean they’ll ONLY get government assistance and benefits from tax revenue off of black taxpayers?

Good idea. Set aside a state solely for people of color (California?) and relocate them there. POCs would be able to travel outside the state but not live outside it. Seems like the only solution to systemic racism is complete segregation.
I’m all in favor of having separate independent black and white nations, each controlling their destinies.
This dysfunctional marriage has never worked, isn’t working and will never work. Better for both sides to go their own ways.
