A familiar battle is playing out in Marin County between a city and one of its homeless encampments. Novato officials say they’re fighting back after an advocacy group and residents of homeless encampment filed a lawsuit and a federal judge temporarily blocked enforcement of the city’s new limits on homeless camping. The rules would displace a tent encampment at Lee Gerner Park dubbed Camp Compassion by the some 35 people who have been living there during the pandemic.

How many Mexicans among the homeless? Asians? They’re all black/white. Too similar. Too bad they don’t get along.
We need a court to tell the court it is not the legislative branch...or just ignore the court and let the court take the city to court.
Why don’t they invite them to their homes where they will have adequate facilities?

Forsooth! Marin County is the home of the Queen - Nancy herself. She doesn’t need to have riff raff around; after all she has to tolerate Republicans in her House in Washington, but in her home area? Oh no, let them go smell up San Fransissysko and LA. but never Marin County!
Nancy does not live in Marin County. She lives in San Francisco and she also has a winery in Napa County. As far as I know she has never lived in Marin. I lived there for 35 years. I think the homeless people which are in Novato are about 15 or 20 miles from Nancy’s house.

BINGO. i’ve been around L.A/Hollywood and I have yet to see a homeless mexican. Maybe because they’re in front of Home Depot looking for a JOB, which is what exactly the tent city turds should be doing in the first place.
