Globally, we're far from the end of the pandemic. Delta is at least two times more contagious than the original strain of the virus, which means that it will infect and kill more people.
Many countries that have avoided big surges so far don't have access to the vaccines they need to protect their populations. Many of these countries will likely see explosive spread of Covid over the coming weeks and months. Already stressed health systems will become overwhelmed with cases, and many people will get sick and die.

Gee, the flu and common cold is an everyday occurrence where people get it at different times. Is there an end to this? No.
I’ll take my chances.
At the same time, I am sick of people such as Mika and the media for telling me the Bible tells me I must get the shots.
In my humble opinion the vaccine is causing the delta virus.

What kind of experiment do they use to decide it’s two times more contagious? Johnny infected two people instead of one? Johnny caught the virus twice as fast?
I have yet to see a plausible explanation for how the lack of vaccination would trigger a mutation in the virus.
It makes more sense to me that a vaccine that’s less than 100.000% effective would create a selection pressure favoring new variants with at least partial resistance to that vaccine. The data from the UK, Israel and Singapore that I’ve seen are consistent with that notion.
That’s because CNN is the “Caring News Network.” I feel all warm and fuzzy just typing this. As the southern lady would say, “Why, Bless their hearts!”
People who refuse to get the vaccine should be required to stay at home (house arrest).
One of my questions is this: WTH are the symptons of REAL Covid sickness? Dry cough? Who doesn’t? Now they say the symptoms are the same as a cold. When I DID have the WuHU FLu, They shoved the telephone pole up my nose and came back 30 mins. later and said I had a Rhinovirus. The common cold never put me down for tree consecutive weeks and when I walked dowstairs, I had to have my girlfriend call the ambulance. Granted, this was in Nov to Dec 2019 and nobody knew anything about the Scamdemic. Also, the Government was not paying extra for covid patients.
IMHO the invasion of 1.2 million illegals in six months is driving an increase in disease of all types.
Why are we putting up with this bs about a virus that is 99% survivable? Why are we allowing the lie to continue? STOP!!!!!!
ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! Weāre seeing a resurgence of diseases that were eradicated decades ago in this country.
