Glenn Youngkin won the Republican nomination for the Virginia governor’s race ... earning him a coveted spot in the upcoming gubernatorial election. His path to victory, however, comes after misleading and even deliberately false coverage from the New York Times, which began lying about him weeks ago.
Not long after President Joe Biden assumed office, Youngkin released a five-point election integrity plan dedicated to rooting out partisanship and secrecy in the Virginia Department of Elections, reinforcing voter identification, updating voter rolls, vetting mail-in ballots, and using observers and audits to ensure proper vote counting.

Youngkin’s plan was not a radical one. In fact, Republicans around the nation were evaluating their next steps after realizing the 2020 election not only damaged trust in the voting process but was severely influenced by Democrat citadels such as Big Tech companies and leftist corporations.

During the Virginia GOP’s governor forum, NYT political reporter Trip Gabriel live-tweeted that Youngkin said Dominion voting machines are “the most important issue we’re going to talk about.”
Ok, so first q for GOP candidates is about what you'll do if Dominion voting machines are used in November general election. "Will you immediately puruse an independent audit?"@GlennYoungkin says, "Ladies & gentlemen, this is the most important issue we're going to talk about"— Trip Gabriel (@tripgabriel) April 27, 2021
Youngkin, however, was actually referring to election integrity and his five-point plan, not Dominion voting machines specifically, which are not named in his platform. That didn’t stop Gabriel from including the same quote lacking context in his article headlined “Virginia G.O.P.’s Choices for Governor: ‘Trumpy, Trumpier, Trumpiest.’”

Trump endorsed Youngkin ... but did not mention anything about the rigged 2020 election.

NYT lies and consistently publishes fake or misleading propaganda as “news”. Also, the sun rises and sets each day.
If the NY slimes said it, I would go check it out for myself, before I would believe it.
Why bother? Youngkin is running such a crappy campaign that he’s wrecking his own chances. He needs to fire his GOPe consultants prontissimo.
Youngkin was the Virginia GOPe choice for Virginia. And, so far, he has been running a horrible campaign. He is a weak candidate going up against a slick, well-known and well-financed NPC - Terry McAuliffe.
Beat me by 20 secs.
Glenn Youngkin, the GOP’s newly minted nominee for Virginia governor, stands a surprisingly good chance of being the first Republican in 12 years to win a statewide race in the Old Dominion, according to politicians from both parties and independent analysts.

First the new your timea never tells the truth
Second they the pa system for the deep state.
Third everything they print is coached and approved by the deep state
Things are just attributed to quiselings hoping to be showed with fake awards and resultant obsequious adulation.
I agree with you both. McAwful already has yard signs and rallies going in northern Virginia, while Junkin has nothing.
The VAGOPe are trying their best to lose another good chance.
The only way that Youngkin wins is:
- Enough Virginians are pissed off about the 2020 election and are motivated enough to get out to the polls.
- Enough Virginia R’s volunteer to help try to tamp down some of the D voting fraud.
Based on how his campaign has been going, I don’t see many Virginians going to the polls to vote FOR Youngkin.
All he would have to do to win is use the audio of the 911 call from that woman in Fredericksburg whose car was surrounded by the Burning Looting Mob “protesters” who was told she was on her own and end it with the voice-over, “Is this the Virginia you want?” played on the radio repeatedly until election day.
Something tells me he doesn’t have the guts to do it.
Pray for a meteor impact on the NY Times.
It would also help if his radio ads would at least mention his freakin name. His name is mentioned at the start of the ads, and never heard again. Whoever approved these ads should be fired immediately.
Not sure why the Slimes seems worried about Youngkin. This is liberal Virginia, not a state that will be competitive.
Youngkin is this year’s designated GOP sacrificial lamb. McAuliffe is popular in Virginia, well-funded, and most important, has the absolutely essential (D) after his name. McAuliffe’s pro-CRT stance will help him in the dominant liberal northern VA counties.
“The VAGOPe are trying their best to lose another good chance.”
McAuliffe is currently raising more than double the $$$ of Youngkin.
New York Times = New York Slimes
Anti-Critical race theory.
The information warfare wing of the democrat party starts up again.
