So in the next election, and the choice is Kemp or Stacie Abrams do you vote for Kemp? If so his treachery was rewarded and in his mind the base was once again stupid and fell in line no matter what. Other GOP politicians will see it and feel free to thumb their nose at voters for whom the D option is untenable.
