The only sex-related protection that the states have amended the Constitution to expressly protect limits the fed's power to protect on the basis of sex only in the context of voting rights issues, evidenced by the 19th Amendment.

Butler, 1936.

So not only is this misguided, institutitonally indoctrinated federal judge wrongly interfering in constitutionally unchecked 10th Amendment-protected state sovereignty on this issue imo, but judge is also helping to unconstitutionally expand the powers of the already unconstitutionally big federal government.

The remedy for unconstitutionally big federal government oppressing people under its boots...

Patriots need to primary federal and state lawmakers who don't clearly promise to clean up the judiciary in the first 100 days of the new legislative session.

You are an absolute fool if you do not see a problem, but that is irrelevant. The state has the right to pass whatever laws it wants, and corrupt federal judges do not have the authority to overrule them. The state should just ignore the judge and do what they want.
