Pelosi already has all the 'facts' she wants. Trump incited the riots and sent the rioters to the Capitol to kill senators and house members, and then force Pence to call the election as stolen, thereby keeping Trump as president. But, since Trump didn't end up as president, Pelosi aims to keep him from ever holding office again, by having her fellow democrats declare Trump to be the enemy of the people and of the constitution.

She's got the power and she's going to abuse it, with nothing, not even republicans, holding her back.
