Isn't the WH still dark at night? My friend who is big into the Q thing, says it's been dark since January. I don't know how true that is but it certainly seems possible.

I would guess the facilitators are very close by, in David Ruffin's house.

And they are taking directives from people somewhere in New Zealand, Switzerland or the like.
