Why can't they find you or shut down the dark web?

That’s a deep question. I’m a software guy, I didn’t provide context - apologies.

“dark web, how secure” - any search engine.

Basically, encryption across many servers globally making it *really* hard to track down somebody.

I don’t know if you’ve ever tried it but....performance is terrible. Used by the most vile people on earth imo. It’s where you’d find content that shouldn’t exist. You need the Tor browser and a VPN to get there. I ventured just to learn and know exactly what it is and to know my enemy. You don’t want to be there.

That said, in this instance, fight fire with fire. The technology could be utilized differently,
why not a conservative “light web”?!! ;)
