I have no problem with that. More important, Trump would never mandate it.
Operation Warp Speed was designed to stop the lockdowns and mask mandates.
Had it not been for OWS, we would still be wearing masks, social distancing, and on lockdown. More businesses would have been destroyed, there would have been more suicides, overdoses, etc. while POS like Klaus Schwaub would have continued with their globalist reset agenda.
Trump has said repeatedly he does not support mandatory vaccinations.

I think the cheating to eject him from office might not have even been noticeable. The nation would have proceeded into this illegal Biden administration with no end to lockdowns and restrictions in sight.
When would Biden have rolled out a “vaccine”? I think the twelfth of never.
Mind you, I’m not saying this is even a “vaccine”. I think the virus and this “vaccine” predate Trump, and this whole thing stinks to high heaven.
But, for the hand China and their puppet-Dems dealt, Trump did all right. I could easily see how things could have gone much worse.

Yes he does, but he has always indicated that it was up to the individual and their choice.
Then, he had the present Dr Mengele within his administration. Trumps downfall was his choice for staff. Mainly, I think he took Pence’s advice to heart and we all now know who Pence is.

No, Trump launched “operation warp speed” way back when nobody knew what the danger of covid was. Back then it was the smart thing to do, and it was successful.
Now, he sees a chance to troll the Democrats for trying to take credit for HIS successful vaccine roll-out.
When it was a smart idea, the Democrats opposed it.
Now that we know the pandemic was a bust, and that the vaccine is therefore not worth the risk, the Democrats are pushing it, fear-monger it the virus, and trying to take credit for operation warp speed.
President Trump is not being inconsistent at all - he is just exposing their hypocrisy.
