Every state tracks voting (not how we vote, just that we voted). I would think vote data from states can be compared and all double votes tagged.
But I’m pretty certain D’rats do not allow such comparisons to be done.
Let’s forget the presidential election and the US Senate races for the moment. The “HARM” in voting out of county, (and out of precinct), are the political offices that are not statewide such as US House of Representative congressmen, county commissioner, city councilmen, mayors, district attorney races, etc., that would be affected by voter dilution. Since the Georgia law says; moved 30 days or more before the election and voter registration is allowed up to 15 days before the election, (IIRC), then the voter had plenty of time to register in the new county.
Because the playbook has this: “At this point, what difference does it make?” It was used successfully when a certain old bag allowed her gay ambassador (who assigns a gay dude to an uptight Arab ‘Ellhole?) to be murdered when she could have prevented it. Oh, oh, no; another dirt bag politician said it was because of a video.

Initially that was exactly why. After the case was dropped - so that there was no longer a lawsuit - the SoS simply didn’t do so.

That is the law.
It is your responsibility.
And you can count on them voting in elections in both states.

Two different things that are being stated. You as a voter may register or move your registration at anytime up to 30 days before an election. The 90 days has to do with the election board being able to do maintenance on the rolls, such as purge people from the rolls.
