The solution is pretty simple to me:
1) Begin dusk to dawn curfew which will permit police to search and frisk anyone who
violates the curfew.
2) Anyone found to have a firearm during the dusk to dawn curfew gets a MANDATORY
3 year prison sentence - no probationer early release.
3) Try juveniles committing a felony as adults.
Another solution: let’em go at it!
These cities want to defund the police. They are content with all this mayhem.
