Why can't the Cubans be free for God's sake?

Why can't Americans be free? Big Tech, the MSM, and the USG have been censoring and restricting free speech. Where is the outrage from the GOP, which is more concerned with the rights of Cubans than their own citizens?

I do not understand why excellent lawyers cannot successfully file class action suits against MSM for malpractice. It seems there is ample medical data available that MSM knowingly and purposefully misinformed the American public and the world about COVID-19. Hundreds of thousands of Americans died because of MSM purposefully lied about proven therapeutics, etc. The data and timelines are there.
