Fish, I am not Catholic; however, I saw what the Pope did the other day, banning traditional Latin Mass. I am struggling to understand why he would do this - from what I’ve read, those masses are the ones with the best attendance. Are the priests/parishioners going to have to go to secret “catacomb” masses to have them in Latin?

So the pope for some godawful reason banned masses in Latin?
Why? Who are they hurting?
In my church they have one mass a week in Latin. It is well attended....the participants love them.

I didn’t want to say anything because I’m not Catholic but since you did and I agree what we already know about the Vatican bank as one of the big three illumnati laundering banks should wreak terror in the minds of anyone associated.
This brings me to Alton Brown.
First, he is kind of fun to watch and very good at teaching non-cooks like me. He goes over the best utensils to use for the cook task at hand. He will show how to store things for later use or other uses for meal preparation items.
But dear Lord that man spends so much times cooking menu items I don’t care how delicious what he’s making turns out, if it takes me over an hour to feed my solitary self, then I’m out.

Alton Brown is the best. My oldest son is a senior in chemical engineering and really likes to cook. So what we like about Elton Brown is he brings the chemistry aspect of it in as one of the backdrops. That to us makes it very exciting. He is an Entertainer and a very bright fellow and it’s very good that he has never brought politics into it. Bobby Flay on the other hand had Clinton on one of his shows Once that really pissed me off and he is a flaming liberal. I cannot watch his show. We don’t have cable or anything except Roku so during Thanksgiving when we visit my mom, we binge watch his cooking shows as well as Alaska survival shows.

I did not listen to this entire videon at the link, just the first 15 minutes or so - you might find it interesting. The guy talking is not a Pope “fan” by any means. It appears to me, from my non-Catholic perspective, that this pope is trying to destroy the Catholic church, much as Illegitimate Joe & his henchmen are trying to destroy our country.

Okay, but let’s be realistic.
328.9 million COVID vaccine doses in the USA. Assuming everyone got two shots that’s 164,450,000 vaccinated.
9048 poor souls died after getting the vaccine.
BUT — 9048 of 164,450,000 is 0.005502 percent.
So the death rate of the vaccine is 0.002 percent, while the death rate of COVID in the USA is about is about 1.8 percent.
I really want the whole thing spelled out.
The DNCMedia lies by only telling us how many increasing cases there are, but not that in almost every case the infected survive.
The antivaxxers tell us how many people die of the vaccine, but never say how many took it versus how many die. Both sides play fast and loose with the numbers.
Your changes of dying from COVID are very small. Your chances of dying from the COVID vaccines are far, far smaller, almost minuscule.
(Personal opinion follows) - Francis is trying to eliminate the celebration of the Tridentine Mass sort of the same way democrat governors want to keep COVID restrictions in place, in order to satisfy a need to be in charge. There may be a legitimate reason for this, or maybe Francis has been in Rome too long and has started channeling Benito Mussolini.

That’s true now factor in the two million that have had reactions from severe blood clots,to losing babies and tell me what the stats say.....
Its a big unknown for now. What we do know is that the reactions are real and historically 25 deaths would have shut down any type of testing like big pharma is doing on us.

On a personal note, my church (Missouri Synod Lutheran) changed hymnals some decades back .... the beautiful, traditional liturgy was replaced with “modern” melodies and words. I have never gotten used to it - really dislike it, actually. The few times I’ve been in church where they reverted to the “old” liturgy have been wonderful services for me. Frankly, I do not attend church any more & the liturgy change is a big part of it; however, I’ve found another pastor whose sermons are more Biblical than our current pastor and that’s where I find myself worshiping these days.

This is my opinion only:
Not everyone should get the shot. Only old people and those with known comorbidities. Babies and children absolutely not. Young adults do not need it either. Middle aged people only to the extent that you have additional health issues. Don’t get it if you have heart issues, do get it it if you have damaged lungs.
In any case, the decision to vax or not should be up to a person and his/her’s doctor. NOT government.
However, people who get the vaccines are not going to die or get a life-threatening illness. They’re not stupid just for getting the vaccine, any more than they’re stupid for not getting it.
Everyone needs to cut the crap about it.
Still, it has become a Left/Right issue due to the Left wanting to FORCE people to wear a mask, close their businesses, and get the vaccine.
We on the Right do not want others having control over our lives. Period. We are free citizens, not subjects.
The politics, not the science (or the scientists using science as politics) is what continues to screw with us.

There has to be voter ID and more of the country is having their eyes opened to this reality.
Bingo . If I need to show this at various non political venues, what the issue with the voting.
Even the freebie crowd has a form of ID and it would be easy to convert the voter registration card into an ID.
Wonder why no politician has thought of that. After all if all these Biden votes are legit they have to be registered don’t they?
