According to the DC police, two suspects are “at the hospital.” At least two others are injured. (It was originally reported as four. May still be.)

No, guns are not illegal in DC. In fact, DC is shall issue when it comes to CCW permits (by court order). Even non-residents can get a CCW permit (if you jump through the hoops.)
