Fixing this is practically impossible...too many of them.

Singapore has an interesting way of dealing with this problem. A shopkeeper there told me that in 1965, one in ten of them was drug addict. Today, one in ten of them is a millionaire.

I’ve been to Singapore. They don’t mess around...just for mere possession....you get canned. Any serious amount as a sales guy...you get the death penalty.
