Until methods employed by Washington Beltway Inc., implemented the national election quality control fortifications they usually reserve for foreign election rigging.
They openly bragged that there were only six counties they could flood and flip a national election with.
It is like a team going into a visitors park knowing you do not have home field advantage and that the refs would not make the calls. However, the game was won anyway, but the scorekeepers put most of your points on the other side and the refs ignored that.
