What did they expect?
Also stays in your system longer than Alcohol
Seems better. But a lot of sober folks might stumble with that. Meanwhile, stoners and drinkers could have it practiced.
“the original question of testing intoxication in each case.”
Testing intoxication is interesting only as one means to the end of reducing intoxicated driving; if blood testing can do that, testing intoxication in each case is angels dancing on the head of a pin.
“If what you seek is a nominal reduction”
No, that’s not what I seek.
Even when its amount in the blood has reduced to a trace.
Your blood/urine will test positive for days following use if you are a regular user.. I did addicition counseling for 20 years.. and days after use you are still positive.. ..Your liver proocesses the most poisonous substances first ...so if you have a few beers and smoked a joint your liver processes the beer first
“Drug tests can detect tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, in urine, blood, and hair for many days after use, while saliva tests can only detect THC for a few hours. This is because of the way the body metabolizes THC.”

We tested urine weekiy looking for a trace..
Just one more thought ....IF you buy MJ on the street, you have no idea what it is “cut” with.
Sometimes cheap MJ could be cut with a little cocaine to give it a “boost” but I am sure most have heard the expression “thats some good S*it” ...thats because some time street sellers would actually cut MJ with s*it
That’s just due to the way the body treats fat-soluble toxins (of which THC is one). It takes them into fatty tissues to get them out of the blood as soon as possible.
Well that will slide away from THC in proportion I guess lolz. Too bad the black market still flourishes, stronger according to some reports, when pot is legalized.
