unfortunately, it is not dead. President Trump rescinded the exec order from Obama that created Daca and a friggin liberal judge blocked President Trump's executive order canceling DACA. This needs to go before the Supreme Court to get its final nail in the coffin. But I do not understand why it is taking so long.

DACA was never a executive order, just policy. The admin justified cancelling daca in the least prepared ways.
