Why does an “extremely intelligent man” spew the same socialistic stuff as US-born never-Trumpers?

I can’t find him writing anything about Trudeau attempting to make himself into a dictator via Bill C-10.

Trump pardoned the man when he was railroaded by the U.S. legal system. You didn't try very hard to find writings of his against Trudeau, they just don't get as much play here.
