That diabetes thing is a crock too.
Medical related field. Young healthy entry level people have been dropping out with confirmed cases of cooties ever since this started. Extreme staffing shortages. Guess who not only didnt get sick but had to pick up all those hours? 50+yo, overweight, diabetic, chain smoking management. No masks, no “vaccines”, no BS.
Too many people falling for this stuff, even (especially?) physicians. There is some connection between the groups that isnt necessarily a problem for every member of those groups. All of the groups that supposedly have worse outcomes have a large proportion of them that are shut-ins (low D) that dont engage in much activity (circulation). D relaxes vessels and reduces blood pessure, exercise forces circulation. I dont believe that any medical professional paying attention, even the FRoctors, doesnt know that anything that reduces circulatory related issues is going to improve outcomes. The problem is getting the CDC to let them do it so they dont lose their license.
Are you a doctor?
No. But I do shop at Costco so I know they sell CoQ10 there.
That’s beside the point!
It may work for you, but a doctor’s approval would be better.
Advice for others is not wise.
I was probably the very FIRST person to be prescribed Lipitor. /s. Been taking it and generic for about 40 years.
Can’t say I’ve noticed any side effects related directly to Lipitor. I believe it helps with prostate issues (having to pee during the night.) I stopped taking it for awhile for other reasons and started having to pee in the middle of the night. I never had, had to before. Back on Lipitor and to this day no more middle of the night trips to the bathroom.
Anecdotal for sure.
bfl
I blame my night trips on two things.
An aging dog who needs to go at around 2AM.
Drinking lots and lots of water.
CoQ10 is recommended by doctors who prescribe statins.
When I first got the script at 35, I had a little pamphlet that suggested “you might want to supplement with CoQ10”.
Weird, my doctor said nothing. I need to ask ‘why’ :-)
