No not immediately! Go review Nixon’s resignation it will take awhile. It took 4 months for Rockefeller to be approved by Congress. Then Congress was under serious Rat majorities. Also politically different times. Also I assumed the poster I was responding to wanted them both gone ASAP - which means two impeachments, two Senate convictions then next in line perhaps as a caretaker. (Pelosi! Caretaker ! Hard to use Pelosi and care in the same sentence) And don’t be so confident that Pelosi wouldn’t try to grab the brass ring if she had a non-electoral path to the top of the heap.
