Then how can facebook argue that they are are an independent, non politically affiliated platform?

If they are in fact a defacto gov entity or branch of a political party, then they should be subject to regulation?

Then any and all activities treated as a a pac/ political campaign, political contributions, etc.

Facebook is a cutout so that the federal government can censor and control American citizens and the world and evade court oversight on their gutting of the 1st and 4th Amendments of the Constitution.
