I believe Mr. Clyburn in what he says. I firmly believe that that argument is being made against the black population by the democratic party to try to enlist the liberals against Voter ID because it will make it harder for them to cheat.
If Mr. Clyburn is serious, then who the hell is opposing it? It has definitely been the democrats and is today.
Why would ANYONE be against voter ID?
