They are not vigilantes— and Breitbart’s headline does not say they are. So, who are they... they are private security and town/community police. Official police working coordinating with private security. There are also individual store owners who are defending their property against LOOTERS.
These are thieves. Police have been shooting at them, as have the private owners. The ANC and Zuma will lose this “thieving” “protest” and perhaps their control of politics for the first time in decades. The S.A. Army has been mobilized and also targeting the looters.
