Are you purposely mis-stating that, after having been told?
Even the headline of the article you linked, specified that that it was 50% of ADULT cases.
Half the cases are not adults (who have not yet been vaccinated in Israel, but teens now will be), so only half of the other half (one quarter of cases) are among the vaccinated.
Since Israeli adults are about 90% vaccinated, yet only make up half of the adults infected (and fewer of the hospitalized), that clearly shows the strong protection from the vaccine.
Those few vaccinated who are infected, are much more vulnerable (older and co-morbid) than the unvaccinated, on average.
