Who owes American blacks reparations:
Democrats (wanted slavery, fought to keep slavery, were KKK);
Britts (bought slaves from muslims, sold slaves to America);
Muslims (captured Africans, sold them as slaves to others).
You left out black tribes who sold captured rival tribe members to the slavers.
What about the black slave owners?
