Toyota these are Japanese right? Why are they illegally politicking in the USA?

Because it feels good.

Please remember in the USA, Dems and Leftists skate, conservatives go to prison. The laws only apply to us when used against us.

As a longtime admirer of Toyota & I was a Toyota tech for several years, I must say this is a slap in the face. They really have their wires crossed with their present policy & it could cost them a lot of sales.

Well, then, I will stop buying Toyotas.

Hope they are prepared to go fully electric SOON, and what will people do, when there are no charging stations, or there are daily rolling blackouts?

Hell of a point.
There is no conservative movement.

It’s one thing for Toyota to choose who they donate to, but another to make a public statement about it. How can they gain customers by taking sides in the political arena.

Anyway, I’d think they’d donate in places that would most help their business.

What a stupid thing to come out and say.

Reap the whirlwind, Toyota.

stop buying Toyotas

Get woke and go broke.

I just dropped them a note via that URL that you posted. I also just told my wife and she said, “Well damn! That sucks!” The truth is that we are in the market for a new half ton truck to replace the older one we have now. But hey, get woke, go broke eh? Too bad because I actually like Toyota products. They’ve served us well. :-) But they decided to take a side, and so we have too.

I got a reply to my note in their customer service web form, which states -

”Please note: we are experiencing higher than normal email volume, which may cause a delay in our response.

I’ll BET!
