Well, it had to go through trials. Which it did before the election.
But, somehow, it’s Emergency Use approval was delayed until after the election.

The NIH, Fauci, and Moderna knew the issue was bad and did nothing to stop it from coming, yet, they had plenty of time to create a vaccine candidate by December 2019.
They let the virus into the country and lambasted Trump for wanting to stop it.
Why would that have been the case?
