Jim Kallstrom was an honest man. There were over 150 Federal agents and other investigators on the case. It was said that Kallstrom was so straight that he could not hide an ice cube in the snow. In any cae they simply did not find conclusive evidence to determine that the flight was indeed sabotaged. That is not to say however that there might have been something that was overlooked.

Yeah, like the volume of evidence, including eye-witness testimony from 30+ eye-witnesses, and photographic evidence of missle trails that refuted the lie that it was a "center tank" explosion.,

No, Kallstrom led interference for Clinton. The investigators only focused on individual small parts of the wreckage.
There was NO SHRAPNEL found in any parts adjacent to the center wing tank.
