In a nutshell, private companies may be working in cahoots with elite, desperate Democratic lawmakers, the companies acting like so-called constitutionally undefined federal regulatory agencies whose non-elected bureaucrats, otherwise known as CEOs, are allegedly supporting Democrats in stifling any information that hurts the Left's agenda.
In other words, social media is just another example of the very corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress working with non-elected third parties, eg. constitutionally undefined federal regulatory agencies, activist Supreme Court justices, and now social media, to do what the 1st Amendment otherwise prohibits Congress from doing.
In fact, here's a short video clip starring Nancy Pelosi that gives the impression of lawmakers working with third parties to weaponize social media against patriots (my words).

Insights welcome.
Great. Another grift. These lawsuits will get dismissed for jurisdiction, get refills, and then dismissed again. All the while, these guys are collecting millions in donations. Brilliant!
