We just don't know. We just don't know what comes next. It is all a calculated guess. The US Constitution is silent. Even if, if, if, it is so very clear through professional forensic election audit results, that the presidential election of 2020 was stolen and President Trump actually won, there appears to be no obvious remedy stated in the US Constitution to right this wrong. We just don't know.
The Founding Fathers did not write up a "what if" in the Constitution to make things right. The Founding Fathers wrote up nothing in the Constitution in case mail in ballots or the internet were used to manipulate the vote. The scary part is that since the answer to possible election fraud appears not to be in the Constitution, nor in federal law, nor in federal court cases, then the answer-the remedy will come from somewhere else. That somewhere else, we know not. But probably not from the words within the US Constitution. Much of this is conjecture.
I. This we do know...
* With a strict constructionist view of the wording in the Constitution, the words are not there to "road map" how to fix possible presidential election fraud.
* The Constitution mentions nothing about the Electoral College re-convening. Historically, the Electoral College has never re-convened for a second time for a presidential certification.
* Historically, in the Compromise of 1877, the compromise was made before the president took office, not 6-12 months afterwards. It is very difficult to see how a mutually agreed upon compromise can be worked out this late if election fraud were proven through legitimate audits.

The possibility of Pelosi becoming President assures that Biden will almost certainly not be removed.
Given the current make up of the Supreme Court, do you have any faith in all they would remove Biden and put Trump in office ??
The way these audit are going, I’m all for them, it takes significant time to forensically audit all the results, then you would have to go to court to alter the results, all of which takes time...
You are talking 12-18 months before anything meaningful happening...by that time the midterms would have passed and the campaign for 2024 would be on, there is no way the Supreme Court is going to get in the middle of that..

Honestly, I do not think the media will even let the results of the audit be known and any attempt by anyone to do so will be viciously attacked as a “kook”, “fraudulent”, etc.
Of course the junta would respond by trying to cut off Federal funding, and might even try to arrest state officials and legislators. The states could then call up their National Guards and refuse to turn over control to the Fed gov, which then force the regime to try to send in the army. At that point I think the armed forces would disintegrate, with about a third remaining loyal to the regime, a third deserting and another third going over to the other side.
Of course he will have to win the election again, and he will.
Biden isn’t governing now so basically nothing changes.
What if we all saw the election stolen, live, and did nothing. What if some audits tell us our eyes weren’t lying? We will do nothing again. We lost the ability to do anything about this when Trump accepted the results of the DC GOP coup of 1/7. If Trump had denounced the DC Republicans for their involvement in the coup and taken this to 80 million MAGA supporters, he could have stopped it. Now, regardless of audits, it will take a real, bleeding, dying civil war to oust the fascist regime.
If it can be made known that the Democrats pulled out all stops to cheat, it will make a difference in the vote.

What if State legislatures vote to de~certify their election results? What then? States control elections, at least that’s the way it is supposed to work. In my opinion this is why we have the judicial branch. Yes, there is no “what if” clause in the Constitution, but if the Biden regime was fraudulently elected, then it is up to the courts to fix that.
We’re seeing another crisis play out because the feds refuse to enforce immigration laws, which they are required to by the Constitution. States are stepping up, especially Texas, to take matters into their own hands. There is no what if clause in the Constitution for this either.
Yes it is uncharted waters, but it needs to start at the state level. Whether they have the cajones to do it or not is another question. It will be a nasty fight that very well could land in the SCOTUS. If that happens will they shirk their duty once again and punt, or will they take it on?
