My neice (not my source for information on this case) is a public defender. She has defended sovereign citizens before.

They generally are polite to the judge. But they almost never get bail. And after a week in gen pop in the county lock up...they tend to come around to our rules.

But their hearings are usually short and abrupt. Everyone—the prosecutor, the defender, and the cour staff—usually have a good chuckle as the moop is led away.

They can be hilarious, true, but some of these folks are seriously unhinged and are downright dangerous.

These guys look to be in the “dangerous” category, or moving in that direction.
