There are a great many articles concerning this case. But, the bottom line is, a Black Slave Owners Lawsuit Codified Permanent Slavery in the USA. This lawsuit filed by a Black Slave Owner turned an Indentured Servant Blackman into a Permanent Slave and the PROPERTY of this Black Slave Owner.

I am one of those who liberals mocked. I am a 68 year old Vietnam/Cold War veteran. I was a GI Brat, during The Cuban Misssile Crisis. I was taught, and still hold, that both Communiism and Socialism are bad for the U.S., and the world. I hold The Constitution and The Bill of Rights are enough, for every citizen. I believe the 2nd Amendment says ‘arms’, without any delineation of ‘what or which kind’, period. As to the 1st Amendment, free speech means free speech. Freedom of religion means how you express it, openly, without anybody stopping you,and the same for me. Nobody is wrong, be it the triumvirate God, or the spaghetti monster, or Chthulhu.

I voted for the man who saw what was wrong with this country, and like Popeye, said “THATS ALL I CAN STAND, CANT STANDS NO MORE’
