Booze commercials never feature drunks.

Do they secretly hate their target audience?

While we are still the majority we need to act like the majority

Only the strong survive...let them commit suicide. They deserve it.

Well that is good. If you make a decision stick to your guns. If more did that we could actually fix these things. I have been boycotting football since back when they stopped televising the cheerleaders and the bands during halftime. lol

Whenever a corporation chooses to commit suicide, stand back and let them. It simply proves they’re not worth saving.

It’s still possible in this country to replace them with a more viable company. Buy its products instead. Better yet, invest in it, too.

Other aspects of corporations dilemmas in attracting new customers might include: gen Z and X spend their time on their phones not looking at TV. When I grew up we had 1 TV and we watched what dad did, period. Now their are TVs with hundreds of channels in kids rooms. Young people are not as interested in dressing up as we were. Seen a high school dance lately? Do they still have them? Sure there are some fashion icons but kids don’t buy clothes like they did in the 50’s/60’s. They don’t buy big stereo systems like I did in the 70”s. Heck kids are not into cars like my generation was. Do they care about the back seat like I did (drive in movies -oh Yeah!)Grunge is in, tattoos are in,etc, etc. What’s a corporation to do? Next thing might be Rollerball for real.

The lesson for corporations is: Stay out of politics. Don't take sides. Unless you have a business death wish. Unless you want to kill your brand.

Don't take sides unless you think that the Democrat totalitarian State is the near future and you want some little chance to survive, perhaps as a business, perhaps as your personal selves.

I think the DTS is here already and is perched on the rail gathering itself to pour down onto the deck and slaughter the crew and passengers.

I thought J C Penny hiring “Ellen” as spokesperson gave them a very good example of HOW TO KILL YOUR COMPANY...

Apparently, the USA is full of slow learners.,

7% growth in that quarter is due to people FINALLY getting to GO INTO STORES & SHOP.

All a company has to do is simply say, “We don’t do politics. We make cars” (or beer, or razors or lingerie or whatever). The only result of getting into partisan politics is to alienate a good chunk of your audience. Stockholders should see to it that “woke” marketing departments are gone yesterday.
