The lipid nanoparticle has no connection to the ACE-II receptor. It is designed to fuse to the cell membrane (endocytosis) and it only fuses to certain targeted cells-- dendritic cells--antigen-presenting cells. The mRNA from the vaccine is eventually destroyed by the cell, leaving no permanent trace.
