Oh, I agree. But there were some that assaulted law enforcement and they should pay the price. All of the others were using their 1st Amendment rights to protest.

There’s a lot to sort out.

I saw video 90 minutes before the networks interrupted programs of confrontations between people and police very workmanlike not inflicting injury on either side. (115 pm Eastern time)

Who did that?

Later on the incendiary confrontation at the Capitol entrances was described by Right Side Broadcasting Network at 5 pm Eastern as having an Antifa like atmosphere.

I agree.

The fire balls and black uniformed individuals in front of the MAGA hats and Trump flags of people milling around
reminded me of the anarchists who showed up to disrupt the Yellow Vests protests that had gained millions of followers in France.

Marine Le Pen noted that the presence of the “black blocs” as the French call them helped the government cause.

Who did the violence?

A. Drunk and crazy people, people whose anger was manipulated into a trap. These people have issues and need help to sober up so to speak.

B. Some militant people Antifa and so on not limited to and possibly including undercover informants or agents of the FBI, operatives of leftist groups like Southern Poverty Law Center and so on who infiltrate and spy on “the far-right”.

Violent acts will need proper legal remedies but the vast majority of these people did nothing violent. The feds dug through the law books to cook up the charges and pile them on.

They want to force plea bargains guilty pleas.

Federal prosecutors have these methods of piling on charges to force the accused to either hire six-figure lawyers to fight at trial or cop a guilty plea.

Federal prosecutors have a 98 percent conviction rate in a system where supposedly one is:

“presumed innocent”
