Yes, those who assaulted the police and National Guard should pay the price.

All of the others were merely exercising their 1st Amendment rights and should be released. Those should also have the right to sue the government for illegal detention.

I saw a list of 532 people and dozens were arrested on grounds of “curfew violation” since they slapped a 6 pm curfew on Washington DC suddenly on January 6th.

Nothing violent there.
