There is a picture of one of the perps in handcuffs and he is very much middle eastern looking. With a handle like 'Rise of the Moors' I suppose it could have been possible that they were a bunch of Scots running around in kilts, but that would be highly unlikely.

Yes, the two in the foto have a North African look to them, but the group’s nutty online and social media posts show them to be ordinary black Americans playing at being something they aren’t. They believe (or pretend to believe) that they’re descendants of the Moors who were North America’s original inhabitants, and therefore our laws don’t apply to them. As my mom used to say, “We’ll see.”
