They very recently tried a stunt in Newark NJ where a lady bought a house, and the Moorish decided to instead claim it and changed the locks and turned on utilities. Unlike most times that this stunt is pulled, where the police say it is a ‘civil matter’ (having a trespasser take over your house - LOL), and fight it out in courts...since the police aren’t into title searches.
But INCREDIBLY, and to Newark’s credit, this one had a happy ending. The Newark PD used their SWAT Team to clear the house and that was the end of that problem.
These are the guys who trespass and occupy 'empty' homes after changing the locks.
